The Empire Quality Partnership (Partnership) is a collaboration of the Continuing Care Leadership Coalition (CCLC) , the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS), New York Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (NYAHSA), and The New York State Health Facilities Association (NYSHFA). The Partnership was created to serve as the New York State Local Area Network for Excellence (LANE) convener for the national Advancing Excellence in America’s Nursing Homes campaign.
As the New York State LANE Convener, the Partnership brings information, resources and tools from the national campaign to New York’s nursing home providers to assist with quality improvement priorities. The Partnership strongly recommends that facilities register to participate and join other nursing facilities across the nation that are focused on quality.
